The parts counter exists because our technicians draw from it. If you are doing the work yourself, you are buying out of the same bins they load from in the morning.

What Is On the Shelf

The parts that fail. Drive belts, drain pumps and door gaskets. Fan motors for the evaporator and for the condenser. Ignition hardware, defrost heaters and thermostats. Water inlet and drain valves. Control boards for the makes we work on most. For a building manager or a restaurant kitchen, commercial laundry and refrigeration parts are brought in to order.

Bring the Model Number

The brand narrows it down; the model number settles it. Two refrigerators from the same family, a year apart, will take different evaporator fans. The tag hides somewhere different on every category: inside the door frame on a refrigerator, behind the kick panel on a dishwasher, around the drum opening on a washer. Take a photograph of it and we can work from that.

Ordering and Lead Times

Anything off the shelf list gets ordered in. Most items are here inside a few working days. European and professional lines can run considerably longer, and the wait is quoted to you before you commit to anything.

Not Sure It Is the Right Part?

Say so before you pay for it. A few minutes on the phone separating a thermostat problem from a board problem is cheaper than a part nobody will take back once the bag is open. Where something has been discontinued, you hear that up front.
